Delivery confirmation allows us to check when a package was delivered. Not necessarily when it will be.

Please note: Though we do our best, items may not ship the same day ordered. Contact us if delivery date is critical when selecting an option other than standard shipping.
Imprinting will delay shipment for a few days.

Shipping to International Addresses
We are not able to ship to international addresses other than Canada. We will ship using U.S. mail or another method of our choosing. It is likely that your packages will be subject to customs fees and import duties which are not included in our shipping charges. Large orders may require additional shipping charges and take additional time to arrive. You will be notified by e-mail if additional charges or special shipping arrangements are necessary for your order.

Customs and Import Duties Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from American Bible Sales.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For example: Books Value: $17.97 or CD Value: $19.99. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. We are not able to describe the contents in any other way.

Other Shipping Info and Policies

When will my order arrive?
To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider that your order may not ship on the day it was ordered, though we do our best to pack and ship quickly, as well as the shipping option you select.

For instance, many items on our site ship within 2 to 3 days. If you select standard shipping for U.S. shipments, your shipping time will be 4 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 2 days (packing and ship) + 4 to 7 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 6 to 9 days after you place your order.

Does choosing Next Day Air mean you order will arrive tomorrow?
No, not always. You need to add in the time it takes to process and ship your order. Also, keep in mind that weekend delivery is not available. If arrival date is critical, please call to verify.

Example of shipping charges
Bob orders two CD's and selects standard shipping for U.S. orders. He pays one per shipment charge ($4.00) and two per item charges ($2.00 each), one for each CD. His total shipping charge is $8.00. Betty orders a book and a CD. She selects standard shipping for U.S. orders. She pays one per shipment charge ($4.00,the higher charge) and two per item charges of $3.00 each. The total shipping fee is $10.00.

Can My Order Items Be Sent Separately?
If you order more than one item and one of the items you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail. You will be given the following options: Please wait until the entire order is ready before shipping (minimizes shipping cost). Please note that we may occasionally send your items in separate boxes even if you choose to wait until all items are available. This will not affect your shipping charge. Canadian shipments may arrive in multiple packages but, this will not affect the shipping charge.

Please ship the items I ordered as they become available (at extra shipping cost). This option is particularly useful if you have ordered items with widely different availability. We will make every effort to send similarly available items together, though we cannot guarantee it.

Can you ship an order to an address other than the billing address?
Yes. The billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used.
